1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the InsureStream climate protection protocol, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
2. Parametric Insurance Mechanics
Insurance coverage is index-based. Payout triggers are determined solely by on-chain oracle verification logs. Once triggers are met and confirmed by the smart contracts, payouts are executed automatically and are irreversible.
3. No Financial Advice
We provide decentralized weather-indexed protection utilities. We do not offer investment advice or regulated financial planning services. Underwrite policies and deposit liquidity at your own risk.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
InsureStream is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Blockchain smart contracts are experimental and carry inherent execution risks.
